Understanding the Art of War in the 21st Century
A new form of warfare has emerged, one that operates not on the battlefields of old, but in the hearts and minds of entire populations.
Fourth-generation warfare, or 4th Gen, is a strategy that draws its inspiration from the timeless wisdom of Sun Tzu's “The Art of War.” This ancient military treatise argues that the greatest strategists achieve victory not through direct confrontation, but by convincing their adversaries that resistance is futile and surrender is the only viable option. It is a method of conquest that relies on psychological manipulation, internal discord, and the erosion of the enemy's will to fight.
While this concept may seem foreign to those accustomed to the straightforward brutality of conventional warfare, it has become increasingly clear that 4th Gen is now the weapon of choice for the globalist cabal.
To defeat the entrenched system of control they have established over decades, one must first grasp the insidious nature of this strategy and the depths to which its practitioners will sink to achieve their aims.
A classic example of 4th Gen warfare is the instigation of civil war within a target population, often with the globalists pulling the strings on both sides of the conflict. By pitting brother against brother and exploiting the fault lines of a society, they can weaken and divide their opposition, making it easier to assert their dominance in the aftermath.
If you appreciate my articles, please consider giving them a like. It's a simple gesture that doesn't cost you anything, but it goes a long way in promoting this post, combating censorship, and fighting the issues that you are apparently not a big fan of.
Another tactic is the creation of an external threat, whether real or fabricated, to coerce a population into uniting under a banner that ultimately serves the interests of the globalist agenda. These machinations require a level of patience and long-term planning that is difficult for most to comprehend.
Indeed, the weaponization of patience is the hallmark of 4th Gen warfare. These are not attacks carried out in the heat of the moment, but rather carefully orchestrated campaigns that unfold over years, even decades.
To find a comparable level of discipline and foresight, one might look to the world of military snipers. These elite warriors train for years to master their craft, enduring grueling conditions and maintaining unwavering focus as they wait for the perfect moment to take that single, critical shot. The meticulous planning and sheer tenacity required for a successful sniper mission mirrors the kind of effort and composure needed to execute a 4th Gen psy-ops campaign.
At the heart of this new form of warfare are the infamous “think tanks,” with none more notorious than the RAND Corporation and the World Economic Forum (WEF). These shadowy organizations have honed the art of psychological manipulation to a terrifying degree, with their rational choice theory serving as a potent tool for shaping public opinion and behavior. Those who seek to counter these tactics must delve deep into the history and methods of RAND and WEF and its ilk, studying their every move and anticipating their next attack.
In a world where the lines between war and peace are increasingly blurred, where the battlefield is the mind and the weapons are ideas, 4th Gen warfare reigns supreme.
To resist the globalist agenda, we must adapt to this new reality, honing our own psychological defenses and turning the tables on those who seek to control us. It is a daunting task, but one that we must embrace if we hope to preserve our freedom and autonomy in the face of an enemy that operates in the shadows, always watching, always waiting, always plotting our demise.
Those who scoff at the notion of a globalist conspiracy, dismissing it as too complex and far-fetched to exist in reality, are either willfully ignorant or woefully uninformed. One need only look to the infamous RAND Corporation to see the true extent of the power and influence wielded by these shadowy entities.
With virtually unlimited funding from globalist foundations like the Ford Foundation, RAND has been at the forefront of developing not only cutting-edge weapons, but also the insidious techniques of 4th Generation psychological warfare. Their tentacles extend into every facet of society, from politics and social sciences to military applications and even the entertainment industry.
To underestimate the intelligence and capabilities of these individuals is a grave mistake, as they have dedicated their lives to perfecting the art of mass manipulation and control.
For those seeking to unravel the depths of this conspiracy, the document “From Psyop To Mindwar: The Psychology Of Victory,” authored by Michael Aquino and Paul Vallely for the Pentagon, is a must-read.
This chilling treatise lays bare the fact that the methods of 4th Generation warfare are not limited to foreign adversaries, but are actively employed by governments against their own citizens.
The goal is to create a scenario in which the target population willingly subdues itself, rendering the use of force unnecessary. Aquino and Vallely cynically argue that this approach is preferable for all involved, as it minimizes the bloodshed associated with insurgency and counterinsurgency.
However, it is difficult to believe that these architects of oppression have any genuine concern for human life or the collateral damage their schemes inevitably inflict. Rather, their true motivation lies in streamlining the process of totalitarian centralization, making the march towards tyranny less arduous for themselves. The elites seek to manipulate the public into embracing globalization as a necessary sacrifice for the “greater good,” a twisted narrative that they have carefully crafted to advance their own agendas.
To achieve this monumental shift in society and the collective unconscious, the globalists rely on the tried and true method of crisis and calamity. They fancy themselves as creators, but their brand of creation is rooted in destruction.
The old world must be razed to the ground, its remnants serving as the building blocks for their new order. This is the true nature of the globalist conspiracy, a chilling reality that cannot be ignored or dismissed as mere fantasy.
As researchers and truth-seekers, it is our duty to delve deeper into the machinations of organizations like RAND, WEF and the writings of those who have laid bare the strategies of 4th Generation warfare. We must arm ourselves with knowledge and share our findings with others, for only by exposing the true face of the enemy can we hope to mount an effective resistance.
The globalists may be smart, but they are not invincible. By understanding their tactics and refusing to be swayed by their propaganda, we can begin to dismantle the chains they seek to place upon us and reclaim our freedom from those who would see us enslaved.
The globalist elite’s insatiable appetite for data collection knows no bounds. These self-appointed overlords, drunk on power and driven by an all-consuming obsession, spare no expense in their relentless pursuit of information domination.
Through the revelations of brave whistleblowers, the true face of the establishment has been unmasked, revealing a dystopian reality where every individual is seen as a potential threat to their iron grip on power.
The globalists, in their infinite paranoia, have cast an all-seeing eye upon the populace, indiscriminately gathering data on every woman, man, and child through the insidious FISA-based surveillance protocols. No warrant is required, no probable cause necessary – the mere existence of a human being is enough to justify their intrusion.
The system, a monstrous creation of the elite, collates data from every conceivable source, storing it away in vast digital vaults, ready to be weaponized against any who dare to challenge their authority.
Gone are the days when such notions were dismissed as mere “conspiracy theories” by the mainstream media, those sycophantic lapdogs of the establishment. Thanks to the courage of individuals like Edward Snowden and the revelations of Wikileaks, the truth of mass surveillance has been laid bare for all to see.
And yet, many among the masses remain willfully ignorant, content to parrot the tired refrain of “if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear.” But fear is precisely what the globalists desire.
For the ultimate goal of mass surveillance is not simply to observe, but to predict. The elites crave nothing less than total information awareness, the ability to know not only what you are doing at this very moment, but what you will do tomorrow, and the day after that. They seek to reduce human beings to mere data points, predictable and controllable, stripped of free will and agency.
And they are tantalizingly close to achieving this nightmare vision. Through the use of advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence, the globalists are rapidly honing their ability to anticipate and manipulate human behavior.
Every click, every search, every purchase – all of it feeds into their insatiable data machine, providing them with an ever-more detailed map of our lives, our desires, and our vulnerabilities.
This is not about public safety, nor is it about protecting the common good. It is about power, plain and simple. The globalists seek to create a world where dissent is impossible, where every thought and action can be predicted and controlled. They envision a future where the very concept of individual liberty is a distant memory, replaced by a society of obedient drones, marching in lockstep to the beat of their dystopian drum.
But we must not let them succeed. We must resist this encroachment on our fundamental rights and freedoms with every fiber of our being. We must expose their lies and machinations, and rally others to our cause. For if we do not stand up now, if we do not fight back against this tyranny, we risk losing everything that makes us human.
In the face of this overwhelming threat to our liberty, it is clear that we must take decisive action to defuse the weapon at the fingertips of the elites. The most effective strategy, perhaps the only strategy, is to create a decentralized internet – an internet where analytics are not collected, or better yet, cannot be collected at all.
Imagine an online world where your every move is not tracked, analyzed, and fed into the insatiable maw of the globalist data machine. A world where you can express yourself freely, without fear of retribution or manipulation. This is the world we must fight for, the world we must build.
But the path forward is not easy. It may be that the existing internet infrastructure, so thoroughly compromised by the machinations of the elite, is beyond salvation. We may need to start from scratch, building a new network from the ground up – a daunting task, but one that is necessary if we are to have any hope of preserving our freedom in the digital age.
Of course, the existing system is not without its uses. Liberty advocates have been able to spread information and counter disinformation through the channels of the current internet, and this has been a valuable tool in the fight against tyranny. But at what cost? Every piece of information we share, every connection we make, is another data point for the elites to exploit. It is a trade-off, and it is hard to say who is getting the better part of the deal.
Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt's chilling vision of the future, delivered with the nonchalant hubris of a technocratic overlord, should send shivers down the spines of all who value their privacy and autonomy. His glib assertion that we will be surrounded by an all-pervasive network of devices, sensors, and wearables, constantly monitoring and invading our lives, is not a cause for celebration, but rather a nightmarish premonition of a dystopian world where personal freedom is sacrificed on the altar of convenience and control.
The notion of “permission” is nothing more than a cynical ploy, a fig leaf to conceal the sinister agenda of the ruling class. They derive sadistic pleasure from hoodwinking the masses into consenting to their own subjugation, knowing full well that if the true extent of their surveillance and manipulation were laid bare, people would recoil in revulsion. The elites' feigned concern for consent is a sham, a smokescreen to obscure their relentless assault on our privacy and dignity.
This Orwellian future is not a distant specter, but a grim reality that has already engulfed us. The insidious “internet of things” that Schmidt so eagerly anticipated in 2010, is no longer confined to the realm of science fiction. It is a tangible, ever-present threat, a vast web of surveillance and control that ensnares us all, stripping away our freedoms and reducing us to mere data points in a global panopticon.
Our cell phones, once hailed as tools of liberation and connectivity, have become the very instruments of our oppression. These seemingly innocuous devices track our every move, recording our conversations, and monitoring our associations, all under the guise of convenience and progress.
With the rise of facial recognition technology, our phones have become the eyes and ears of the surveillance state, creating a sprawling network of invasive monitoring that knows no borders or boundaries.
But the tentacles of this dystopian apparatus extend far beyond our personal devices. Products like Amazon's Echo, with its always-listening microphones and digital assistants, are trojan horses, welcomed into our homes as helpful companions while secretly serving as conduits for the NSA's insatiable hunger for data. The notion that this invasive surveillance is necessary to solve crimes is a flimsy pretext, a cynical attempt to normalize the wholesale erosion of our fundamental rights.
The endgame, as envisioned by Schmidt and his fellow technocratic tyrants, is a world where every facet of human existence is monitored, analyzed, and manipulated. In this bleak future, the “internet of things” is not a convenience, but a mandatory shackle, a digital leash that binds us to the whims of our corporate and government overlords.
Those who dare to resist, to cling to the quaint notions of privacy and autonomy, will be cast aside, relegated to the margins of society as the inexorable march of progress tramples their rights and freedoms.
In the face of the relentless onslaught of the surveillance state, it is crucial that we arm ourselves with the knowledge and tools to resist its intrusions into our lives.
In the forthcoming months, I will not only provide more practical methods for countering the establishment's overreach but also expose the underlying motives and patterns of behavior that drive the actions of the ruling elite. By understanding their machinations, we can turn the tables and anticipate their moves, reclaiming a measure of control in a world that seems hell-bent on stripping us of our autonomy.
However, the most effective solution to this pervasive problem is to extricate ourselves from the clutches of the surveillance grid whenever possible. This means embracing a more minimalist approach to technology, recognizing that the convenience it offers often comes at the cost of our privacy and freedom. We must question the necessity of our constant connection to the digital world, remembering that humanity thrived for millennia without the crutch of smartphones and social media.
It is time to reassess the role of technology in our homes and lives, to cast a critical eye on the devices that surround us and the insidious purposes they may serve.
Do we truly require the ever-present gaze of webcams, the ceaseless hum of computers, or the compulsive urge to document and share every moment of our existence on platforms designed to exploit our data? By exercising restraint and selectivity in our engagement with technology, we can begin to reclaim the privacy and agency that the surveillance state seeks to erode.
This is not a call to abandon progress and revert to a pre-industrial age, but rather a plea for moderation and mindfulness in our relationship with technology. The unchecked proliferation of mass surveillance capabilities poses an existential threat to our freedom, regardless of whether we believe ourselves to be “up to no good.”
The ability to predict and control the behavior of entire populations is a power that no entity, no matter how seemingly benevolent, should wield. It is a power that corrupts absolutely, a siren song that lures the worst of humanity to seek dominion over their fellow man.
We must view with the utmost suspicion any individual or organization that actively seeks to obtain such far-reaching control over our lives and minds. Their intentions, no matter how nobly cloaked, are ultimately driven by a desire to subjugate and manipulate, to reduce us to mere pawns in their grand schemes.
It is only by maintaining a healthy skepticism and distance from the all-consuming embrace of the surveillance grid that we can hope to preserve our fundamental rights and freedoms in the face of an increasingly oppressive and intrusive establishment.

The one and it is a very big "One" element that the elites, predators, do not have that the rest of us have is our "Dog Whistle". This is a poorly defined but everyday a little bit better understood level of complex human communication based on the whole body experience in detecting truth in others. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ph2Ddo36wC4
I see people who are sensitive to this level of communication posting every day on social media. There are many more who do not post but know what this is. The predators while they can be intelligent, miss understanding this complexity of understanding other's intent. They call it a "Dog Whistle" precisely because they cannot connect with it. Recognize this and you begin to recognize who is a sociopath (predator) and who is not. You then act defensively and give them no edge over yourself.
There are a majority of us who do this inherently as it is part of our DNA that predators have flawed. It is this level of control we can take away from them by simply walking away from giving them access to the free information we provide on social media and where we can provide less, we do. It is difficult to entirely eliminate all of our personal detail because of the need to operate in a digital financial system, but if one takes out cash where ever cash we can and use it in other transactions, this is tantamount to regaining privacy and free speech. Elsewhere, we should exit social media and or demand we get fairly compensated when our personal data is reviewed for any purpose.
This sounds like 'pie in the sky' but if enough of go down this path, it can be a strong beginning. We should also be writing govt representatives demanding protections as we demand in person voting by vetted citizens only with IDs.
A 1,000 people sending emails to our House Representatives makes a loud roar.
Have you seen this recruitment ad for the 4th PsyOp group (which is where Tulsi Gabbard served if I am not mistaken)?
It's not just an ad but is also a PsyOp in its own right:
