How to Indoctrinate a Generation
The Younger Generation's Vulnerability to Manipulation: An Examination of the Underlying Causes
Last year, the National Education Association (NEA) issued guidance that encourages educators to defy district and state rules by displaying “leftist” activist symbols in public school classrooms. It is a blatant attempt to indoctrinate impressionable young minds with their ideological agenda, under the guise of "starting a conversation."
The NEA's actions are an assault on the intellectual autonomy of our nation's youth. They seek to hijack the educational system, transforming it into a breeding ground for their ideology.
This is a clear subversion of the fundamental purpose of public education, which should be to cultivate critical thinking, not to serve as a conduit for political indoctrination.
The NEA's disregard for established rules and their single-minded pursuit of ideological dominance is a testament to their disdain for the very principles of democracy. They seek to undermine the diversity of thought and the freedom of expression that should be the hallmarks of a truly enlightened education system.
The teachers unions, in their misguided zeal, have shown a shocking disregard for the law and the well-being of their members. They seem to think that their political agenda is more important than the education and welfare of the children they are supposed to serve.
But let's be clear: teachers do not have carte blanche to do whatever they please in the classroom. They are bound by rules and regulations that are in place for a reason.
The idea that teachers are heroic figures standing up against an oppressive system is a myth perpetuated by those who want to justify their own lawlessness. In reality, teachers are the system. When they use their position to push their own political views, they are abusing the trust placed in them by parents and society.
Moreover, the notion that teachers are entitled to special treatment and adoration from their students is both narcissistic and harmful. These teachers see the classroom as a stage for their own ego gratification, and the children as mere props to be manipulated for their own benefit. This is a gross abuse of power and a betrayal of the trust placed in them by parents and society.
The educators who engage in this behavior see themselves as some sort of enlightened elite, chosen to shape the minds of the next generation according to their own ideological vision. They view parents as obstacles to be overcome, and children as raw material to be molded into progressive foot soldiers. This is not education – it is indoctrination, plain and simple.
This is a deliberate and calculated strategy as part of the post-modern agenda to fill the cultural vacuum with fresh garbage; a vaccuum they themselves have created by dismantling tradition.
They know that if they can capture the hearts and minds of the young, they can ensure their own political dominance for generations to come. That is why they are willing to go to such extreme lengths to target and manipulate America's youth.
“Shut up, Boomer!”
The political left thrives on the exploitation of economic disparity to wield power and control. The rosier the national financial landscape, the less influence they can exert over the masses. They pay lip service to issues like “class inequality,” but in reality, a wider wealth gap often bolsters their power base.
Take, for instance, Generation Z, who have been indoctrinated since childhood with the notion that they were born into an era of unprecedented economic hardship, a plight that their forebears apparently never had to endure.
As they reach their twenties and graduate from college, they're confronted with the harsh reality that their degrees are all but worthless in a job market with dismal prospects, and to add insult to injury, they're saddled with crippling student loan debt in the tens of thousands of dollars. They feel betrayed, and rightfully so, as they've been sold a bill of goods.
They've been spoon-fed a narrative that once they reach adulthood, they're entitled to a living wage and a promising career path, and that a college degree is a one-way ticket to prosperity. They've been led to believe that this was the reality for Baby Boomers and Generation X, and that they've been left with the scraps of a more affluent age that previous generations squandered.
This is pure fantasy.
It's a common misconception that young people today are uniquely disadvantaged economically, when in fact, financial struggles are an inherent aspect of youth, transcending generations.
The vast majority of individuals in their twenties are still in the nascent stages of their careers, with scant life experience and minimal savings to their name. It's a fallacy to assume that previous generations were exempt from such hardships.
The Baby Boomers and Generation X, who endured a protracted stagflationary crisis throughout the 1970s and early 1980s, all while grappling with the Vietnam War. My own grandfather, a successful businessman in the hotel industry, lost a significant fortune due to skyrocketing interest rates during this period.
The Greatest Generation, meanwhile, faced the dual trials of the Great Depression and two World Wars, as well as the Korean War. The notion that young people today are uniquely beleaguered is not only inaccurate but also an affront to the resilience and tenacity displayed by previous generations.
To be sure, contemporary young people face a myriad of fiscal challenges, from inflation to economic crises, and the current climate of stagflation is undeniably daunting. However, these conditions are not without precedent. To suggest that young people today are confronting unparalleled adversity is to overlook the historical context in which previous generations persevered and triumphed over their own tribulations.
The notion that young people are owed restitution for their hardships is a relatively recent phenomenon, one that is antithetical to the spirit of resilience and self-reliance that has long defined the American ethos.
The “leftist” tactic of preying on young people's insecurities and grievances, portraying their lives as inherently unfair, is both predatory and disingenuous. The reality is that life has always been, and will always be, inherently unfair.
It's unrealistic to expect instant success and prosperity upon entering the workforce, devoid of skills, experience, and a marketable degree. The path to success is paved with hard work, perseverance, and personal growth.
Those who are intelligent, resourceful, responsible, and willing to put in the necessary effort will invariably find their way. Conversely, those who lack these qualities and expect to be handed prosperity on a silver platter are destined for disappointment.
Sex - anyone, anytime, anywhere.
Young people in Western societies tend to prioritize sexual gratification over and above personal achievement and success. In many other cultures, the emphasis is placed on striving for individual excellence before pursuing romantic relationships, marriage, or sexual activity.
In the West, however, sex has become a purely recreational pursuit, devoid of consequences, and is often the primary motivating force for teenagers, twenty-somethings, and even thirty-somethings.
This shift in priorities has had a profound impact on the trajectory of American innovation, work ethic, and academic achievement. While technology has undoubtedly filled some of the void in terms of productivity, the most recent generations appear to be sorely lacking in ambition and drive.
It's difficult to imagine the emergence of another Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, Richard Feynman, Nikola Tesla, or even a Steve Wozniak from Generation Z, given their preoccupation with victimhood and sexual indulgence.
The political left has astutely identified this trend and exploits it to great effect. By stoking the flames of sexual revolution and promoting the notion of consequence-free sex, they have successfully captured the hearts and minds of young people.
This demographic is disproportionately likely to support policies that prioritize sexual liberation, often under the guise of “reproductive rights.” The socialist’s cynical manipulation of young people's base desires is a transparent attempt to advance their own agenda, one that prioritizes political expediency over personal responsibility and moral integrity.
At the heart of this issue is the socialist’s unabashed embrace of sexual hedonism, which they have successfully marketed to young people as a form of personal freedom. The fact that this worldview invariably leads to a culture of death, where the most vulnerable members of society are treated with callous disregard, is of little concern to them.

A Life Devoid of Meaning
In the prime of our lives, many of us are consumed by the idea of personal destiny, nearly as much as we are by more carnal desires. Western society, in particular, places a significant premium on celebrity and the legacy we leave behind. We all harbor dreams of being revered, admired, and leading a crusade that revolutionizes the world for the better.
However, cold hard statistics paint a different picture. The unfortunate reality is that the overwhelming majority of us will make little to no impact on the world in the manner we envision.
The harsh awakening that most of us are not inherently exceptional can be a bitter pill to swallow, especially in our teenage years and early twenties. We are not endowed with an innate greatness, nor are we destined for messianic status.
If we aspire to achieve something remarkable as individuals, we must roll up our sleeves and put in the effort that so many others are unwilling to expend.
The truth is, those who accomplish great things are not necessarily more intelligent than the average person; they simply possess the tenacity and grit that others lack.
However, there are those who take shortcuts. The allure of instant recognition and purpose has never been more potent than it is today in the digital age.
In times past, rebels without a cause were isolated from one another, making them less likely to engage in reckless behavior. Now, these individuals can connect with like-minded people in a matter of seconds and mobilize into mindless hordes at a moment's notice.
Social media and “leftist” agendas have made finding pointless purpose incredibly simple – there's no need to achieve anything, struggle, or persevere.
You don't have to be innovative or creative, compete or climb to the top. All you have to do is destroy. All you have to do is stand atop the structures that others have built and reduce them to ashes. It's simple, really.
A political movement devoid of shame is a formidable adversary, primarily because morality is no longer a factor in its members' participation. When justification is based on subjective emotions, impulse, and self-aggrandizement rather than reason and conscience, there is no way to dissuade these activists from their objectives. When destruction is the only goal, diplomacy and debate become unthinkable. It's like trying to negotiate with a ticking time bomb or a malignant tumor.
The path of destruction is the most effortless to tread for any movement, while creation and preservation demand considerably more labor and thoughtfulness. The left is well aware that the youth are not naturally inclined to contemplate the intricate strategies of a chess game several moves ahead. Instead, they prefer to toss the board aside in a fit of reckless abandon, puffing out their chests as if they have emerged victorious.
However, this destructive impulse cannot persist indefinitely. If meaning is derived solely from wreaking havoc and leaving a legacy that is rooted in self-aggrandizement, then the cycle of devastation must continue ad infinitum.
The question remains, what becomes of the progressive foot-soldier when there is nothing left to demolish? There are but two conceivable outcomes: socialists, consumed by their own fanaticism, turn on each other, or the establishment manipulates the next generation into constructing their own prison, which they will then label as a utopia.
It appears that the ultimate objective of progressive elites and globalists is to use the young and impressionable as a weapon to forcefully impose sweeping social transformations.
Once these young, gullible minds have served their purpose, they will be incarcerated in a slave camp, all under the guise of creating a perfect society.
Unfortuntately, this process has already started and is unlikely to end for as long as we all can drivel over Sydney Sweeney’s cleavage; and if there is one thing to learn from the 'Hawk-Tuah'-girl, it's that left and right are essentially the same, uninspired blobs—animated by primal mediocrity.

Unfortunately, we're guilty of sleep-walking into the situation where our education system has been hijacked and gradually transformed into a "what to think" indoctrination factory rather than a "how to think" development resource. It will require all the grit, resilience, resourcefulness, patience and other qualities you identified in successful Boomers and Gen-Xers to build again the teaching resources we older generations benefited from.
"They seek to hijack the educational system, transforming it into a breeding ground for their ideology." Hijack? Transform? This is new?
I thought public education had been weaponized against the highest potential of the students and the society since it was first set up. That using it to dumb down and control the future citizens was always the goal. https://search.brave.com/search?q=john+taylor+gatto++the+underground+history+of+american+education
