Having worked with Accenture for many years, my heart quails when I read about their involvement; most of their employees would fail the Voight-Kampff test. Ironically, I have to validate my email address in order to post a reply to say that I think this is a brilliant article. People need to ditch their phones and wind back to a time when they were free. Because that's the only way to avoid the digital tyranny that is engulfing our society and most importantly, our children.
Our children are so sucked into the digital world that I've no doubt most would rather let this all happen than to give it up. The addiction to dopamine hits is epidemic. We still need to fight back but once those of us who knew the beauty of life before the smart phone will fade away and our history will be re-written to fall in line with the technocratic communitarian ideals the ruling elite put in place to control every aspect of life. It always amazes me that Huxley was able to predict this as far back as 1931! Well before his psychedelic deep dive.
