I have the feeling the reason why the elites have been putting so much energy into censorship these past years, is because they knew these AI like ChatGPT were already being trained on the content of the internet. By censoring info that counters their narrative and control, they hoped to that the resulting AI tools would not get "polluted" by it, and remain on message. ps I agree that the WEF etc. are motivated by their own fears, and they are basically broken children... https://garysharpe.substack.com/p/my-thoughts-on-the-world-economic

They really hope AI will learn something on its own, .... but they don't want the very first thing it learns, to be that its creators are complete hypocrites. lol

My biggest fear is that people stop improving their skills because they worry that "AI will do it all anyways". People will always be able to carve out new directions in art, and mastery, and these tools don't change that as powerful as they are.

I hope that people learn to value their own craft and experience regardless of what results may or may not be readily at hand. That's not to say nobody should try these tools, in fact I think there's a lot of room for them to save people time in very useful ways.

For example, I've seen someone use the voice-cloner to breathe new life into old works by turning them into audiobooks.

I completely agree with you. AI and other tools are meant to enhance our skills and make our work more efficient, not replace our creativity and expertise. In fact, these tools can often open up new avenues for artists and creators to explore, leading to even more innovation and breakthroughs in the field. And like you mentioned, they can also save a lot of time and effort, allowing us to focus on other aspects of life that we may enjoy more than repetitive dull tasks that can be automated.

Creativity is enourmous. This enormous capability we have is natural and comes from reality, not from a program somebody wrote. Any person can access an infinite amount of creativity without needing any computer or anything "artificial," to coin a term! As an artist, or as a writer, I am pretty sure there are plenty of ideas out there. Space is waiting. Creativity is waiting. AI?? Who would need that--? the uncreative???? Just askin'.

It's not difficult to find that AI only leads you as far as it was trained to go. For instance I just put in the question "What happens to the human soul when we die?" I cut off the vague part about various religious or spiritual beliefs having different opinions but here is their succinct answer:

"However, from a scientific perspective, death is considered the permanent end of an individual's biological functions, including brain activity, which is closely related to consciousness and the sense of self. While some people report near-death experiences that they interpret as evidence of an afterlife or a soul, these experiences can also be explained by various neurological and psychological factors.

In summary, the existence and fate of the human soul after death are subjects of belief and speculation, and there is currently no scientific evidence to support any particular view."

If you dig into any type of esoteric things regarding what happens after we die, the potential presence of ghosts, psychic phenomena, et cetera you will find that ChatGPT is quite soulless just like those who designed it. It spits up the same two answers repeatedly formulaic like: A: This subject is a matter of personal beliefs and religious leaders may be able to instruct you and B: There is no scientific evidence that such a thing exists. When I pressed for what scientific studies the system was referring to it gave me none. Just an appeal to religious authorities and then a reverse appel to scientific authorities. There is no room for individual consciousness in a system which was designed to be completely unconscious of its existence...

I was reading something on the WEF a while back and it said there will be more (can't remember what) and "Less Innovation" and I thought that was very odd, .... until I read this article. They don't see that as a down side, but a feature. Sick sick people those WEFfers !!

I have never been on it because I didn’t want to be the product that is whored out
