I appreciate the confirmation of my prior view that, although from my superficial view Vlad might be one of only a couple of national leaders I could contemplate "having a beer or vodka with" he's no white knight riding to our rescue. Also, on the topic of progressive regionalization I find it interesting and disturbing that the hubristic globalist "King" Charles as well as being a lead proponent of The Great Reset is also nudging greater collaboration amongst The Commonwealth nations as well as promoting an initiative to draw tighter together the smaller of the Five Eyes nations under the banner CANZUK. For the avoidance of doubt, I prefer to have my beer and vodka with members of my local, like-minded community at small independent establishments of course paid for in cash!

It is difficult to escape the conclusion that, given the vast majority of humanity does not understand what is happening to them, and who is perpetrating the transfer of wealth and political control away from people, that it might well be too late to turn this around, at least in the macro sense. We may well be able to establish enclaves where we can resist globalist control and make better lives for ourselves on our own, but we likely will not be able to stop the eventual global control over our national government, let alone some state governments. Things have gone too far, the globalists have taken control of too many high level and powerful people and institutions, and far too many people simply do not or cannot see what is happening right in front of their faces, and we need these blind people in great numbers if we ever hope to make a difference at the national level. Given how these people reacted during the covid, It is hard to have hope that a significant number of them can open their eyes before it really is too late.
Ukraine: the Deep State always foments war; it's their main occupation. As long as they create money as an interest-bearing debt for governments, the debt increases and their take on the taxation revenues increases. The thing a government spends the most on is a war. The bigger and longer-lasting a war is the more money they can sequester to themselves and use for their own purposes (which is to ensconce themselves in power and allow them to indulge in their favorite sins likely pride, greed, and lust). Kissinger was once severely lamenting the inability to fight big wars in the nuclear age, but now it seems they've found a way around that with these proxy wars. Of course it could easily escalate and it's not impossible a nuclear weapon could actually be used once again. What a great day in the fear porn morning that would be.
